Renters Reference was established in 1976 to provide services to Metro Atlanta’s Apartment Communities. The company was purchased in 1977 by Joe Harrison who currently remains the owner. Our services have been expanded over the years to include applicant screening, credit reports, and criminal records. We also file dispossessory warrants and writs of possession, if needed, and we also provide eviction services.
